
Arrive in Cairo by your directly booked international airline. Welcome and assistance upon arrival at the arrival lounge of Cairo airport by your local English speaking guide. Later, transfer to your downtown hotel in Cairo. In the evening, enjoy a night out in Cairo aboard a boat with the sights of illuminated Cairo, delicious dinner and show of Belly dancers, Arabic songs Tanoura show (Turkish dance).
Overnight in Cairo

After breakfast, visit the Great Pyramids at Giza - the largest of all the Egyptian pyramids and is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World built as a tomb for the pharaoh Khufu. The pyramid once held all the treasures that Khufu would take with him to the afterlife. The massive pyramid is around 455 feet tall. At its base, each side is approximately 755 feet long. It covers an area of over 13 acres and is constructed with around 2.3 million stone blocks. Each of the stone blocks is estimated to weigh over 2000 pounds. It took 20,000 workers and 20 years to build the Great Pyramid. Its construction began around 2580 BC, shortly after Khufu became pharaoh, and was completed around 2560 BC. Also visit the Great Sphinx to the south of Khafre's pyramid at Giza with the head of a human and a lion's body. After early breakfast, check out from the hotel & transfer to Cairo domestic Airport to board your flight to Luxor. Arrive Luxor and transfer to your 5 Star rated river cruise ship for four nights cruise on River Nile.
After check in visit the East bank of Luxor including Luxor & Karnak temples. The Karnak Temple is temple complex with its contructions in phases done from 2080–1640 B.C by various Pharoahs. The Luxor temple complex was built by Amenhotep III (1390-52 BC) but completed by Tutankhamun (1336-27 BC) and Horemheb (1323-1295 BC) , by Rameses II (1279-13 BC) and finally added a granite shrine dedicated to Alexander the Great (332-305 BC). Overnight on board in Luxor.

After breakfast, visit the West bank of Luxor including Valley of Kings with its many ancient tombs full of art and hieroglyphics including King Tutankhamun’s tomb—the most famous tomb in the valley. Visit the temple of Queen Hatshepsut the only Queen who ruled for 20 years at El-Dier El-Bahary & the Colossi of Memnon with its two majestic statues dedicated to King Amenhotep III. Sail to Esna. Overnight on board in Edfu.

After breakfast, visit the temple of Horus in Edfu built from 237 – 57 BC was buried under centuries of sand and silt until the nineteenth century, when French Egyptologist Auguste Mariette rediscovered the site. It is dedicated to the Falcon God, Horus, who was frequently merged with the Greek god Apollo. In fact, the city of Edfu was renamed Apollonopolis Magna during Greco-Roman rule in Egypt.
Sail to Kom Ombo. Visit the temple shared by the two Gods Sobek, the Crocodile Goddess & Horus, the Falcon God in Kom Ombo. Temple of Sobek, the crocodile god, is located atop a picturesque bluff alongside the river.
Sail to Aswan. Overnight on board in Aswan.

After early breakfast, visit the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk & Philae temple. You will start your day tour from Aswan High Dam to see one of the twentieth-century miracles. It is of the highest dams near the Nasser Lake. Later, keep your date with the God Osiris while sailing to the house of the Goddess Isis at Philae Temple. Also visit the largest ancient unfinished obelisk made of pink granite is 42 meters long and is considered the largest obelisk in the world.

After early breakfast, check out from the cruise and drive to Abu Simbel (around 3 hours drive) to visit the temples of Ramses II & Queen Nefertari. The two Temples of Abu Simbel, with their unique style, are considered to be the masterpieces of ancient Egypt. They reflect the glory and grandeur of the new Kingdom. The Temple of Ramses II was dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and to Ramesses II himself. The great Abu Simbel temple is also called The Sun Temple of Ramses II.The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also Called Temple of Hathor who was the wife of the Sun God so in a symbolic way, the two Temples, that of Ramesses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor and the Sun God together as one. Due to construction of Aswan High Dam on Nile river, massive water reservoirs was formed in Lake Nasser which would have submerged the monument of Abu Simbel in water. UNESCO and Egyptian government started the campaign to save the Abu Simbel monuments in the Nubian region from being flooded by the waters of Lake Nasser. UNESCO and Egyptian Government started this great engineering feat of saving the temples of Abu Simbel by dismantling, stone by stone, in the early 1960s and relocating them to higher grounds. After the tour of Abu Simbel, drive back to Aswan for overnight stay at hotel. Overnight in Aswan.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to airport for flight to Cairo. Arrive Cairo and transfer to your hotel in Cairo. Later visit the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali & Old Cairo with its bustling ancient Khan-e-Khalili Bazaar and Coptic church to visit the Hanging Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue, Church of St. Barbara, Church of Abu Serga. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Cairo International airport for your onward destination.

Each passenger is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying a valid passport, visas, vaccination certificates, entry permits, and any other travel documents required by the countries visited. Passport validity requirements, visa regulations, and entry requirements may change without notice. Pollina Tours assumes no responsibility for passengers denied boarding, denied entry, deported, or delayed due to incomplete or improper travel documentation.
It is the responsibility of each passenger to consult with his or her physician regarding fitness to travel, seasickness, motion sickness, altitude considerations, vaccinations, medications, and any health precautions recommended for the countries visited.
Passengers requiring special assistance, mobility devices, wheelchairs, or special medical accommodation must notify Pollina Tours at the time of booking with their doctor's certificate. Due to local infrastructure and terrain, some sightseeing locations may not be accessible to wheelchairs.
Pollina Tours DO NOT SELL any Travel Insurance, but we strongly recommend that all participants on the tour purchase comprehensive travel insurance from the insurance company of your choice. CFAR (Cancel for Any Reason) may be a good Travel Insurance option.

A deposit of $250 per person is required at the time of booking. Final payment must be received by Pollina Tours at least 90 days prior to departure for tour. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of applicable deposits.
Once booked by you and if cancelled by you, the tour will result in cancellation fee as specified below. We strongly suggest obtaining Travel Insurance from any Travel Insurance company of your choice to cover the reasons of your cancellation. Pollina Tours do not sell any Travel Insurance.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by Pollina Tours during normal business hours.

Refund processing generally requires 6 to 8 weeks.
Airline reservations are subject to airline contract regulations. Seat assignments are not guaranteed and remain under the control of the operating airline. Passengers requesting specific seat assignments, upgrades, premium economy, business class, or special seating arrangements may be required to pay additional fees directly to the airline. Pollina Tours cannot guarantee specific seating preferences.
Hotel accommodation is based on standard rooms with private facilities unless otherwise specified. Special requests such as bed type, connecting rooms, smoking preference, higher floors, adjoining rooms, or specific room locations are requests only and cannot be guaranteed. Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by each hotel.
Group meals are provided on a buffet, fixed-menu, table d'hôte, or set-menu basis as arranged by Pollina Tours and its suppliers. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal options will be provided based on the menu offered by the hotel, restaurant, airline, cruise operator, or other supplier. Special dietary requests, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, medical, religious, allergy-related, or other dietary requirements, will be forwarded to suppliers whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Pollina Tours does not prepare or control the preparation of food served by independent suppliers and cannot guarantee ingredients, preparation methods, allergen-free meals, or the absence of cross-contamination. Passengers with food allergies, sensitivities, or special dietary needs travel at their own risk and may need to make independent meal arrangements at their own expense.
Personal food preferences, dislikes, menu choices, portion sizes, and individual tastes cannot be guaranteed and shall not constitute grounds for complaint, refund, compensation, cancellation, or tour interruption.
Airlines reserve the right to change schedules, aircraft types, departure times, and routes. Pollina Tours reserves the right to modify sightseeing schedules, overnight locations, routing, and sequence of visits as necessary due to airline schedule changes or operational requirements while maintaining the overall integrity of the tour.
Pollina Tours & Travel, Inc. acts solely as an intermediary between tour participants and independent suppliers providing transportation, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, guides, attractions, cruises, trains, airlines, motor coaches, restaurants, and other travel-related services.
Pollina Tours & Travel, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, disease, accident, death, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, mental anguish, property damage, additional expense, irregularity, or other damages of any nature whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, arising from or related to the acts, omissions, negligence, default, bankruptcy, insolvency, financial failure, or operational failure of any airline, hotel, cruise line, railway, transportation company, attraction, sightseeing operator, government agency, or other independent supplier.
Without limitation, Pollina Tours shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, cancellation, modification, curtailment, interruption, substitution, additional expense, or inconvenience arising from acts of God, severe weather conditions, floods, earthquakes, landslides, hurricanes, volcanic activity, wildfires, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, disease outbreaks, public health emergencies, quarantine requirements, government actions, travel advisories, border closures, visa restrictions, immigration decisions, political unrest, riots, civil disturbances, demonstrations, war, terrorism, labor disputes, strikes, transportation disruptions, fuel shortages, supplier failures, airline schedule changes, flight cancellations, missed connections, airport closures, transportation delays, hotel overbooking, attraction closures, maintenance work, conservation measures, capacity restrictions, national park closures, archaeological site restrictions, monument closures, museum closures, train service interruptions, road closures, or any event beyond the reasonable control of Pollina Tours.
Pollina Tours reserves the right to modify, alter, substitute, postpone, cancel, reroute, or revise any portion of the itinerary whenever deemed necessary for the safety, comfort, welfare, convenience, or operational requirements of the tour participants or suppliers. No specific airline, aircraft type, hotel, room category, train service, attraction, sightseeing location, monument, archaeological site, museum, national park, transportation service, meal venue, guide, departure time, arrival time, or sightseeing sequence is guaranteed.
Pollina Tours reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodation, transportation services, sightseeing attractions, excursions, meals, or other services whenever circumstances require. If a particular attraction, sightseeing excursion, transportation service, or component of the tour becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Pollina Tours' control, Pollina Tours may provide a substitute service, attraction, excursion, transportation arrangement, accommodation, or sightseeing program of comparable value or quality, as determined in its sole discretion. Such substitution shall not constitute a material change to the tour and shall not entitle the passenger to cancel the tour or receive a refund beyond any amount expressly provided herein.
Pollina Tours shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, loss of vacation time, loss of income, missed business opportunities, emotional distress, transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, or other related costs. Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, travel documents, and any required entry permits.
Pollina Tours shall not be responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, missed flights, missed services, delays, or additional expenses resulting from incomplete, expired, inaccurate, or missing travel documentation. Baggage and personal belongings remain at the sole risk of the passenger throughout the tour.
Pollina Tours assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, delay, or misdelivery of baggage or personal property.
Pollina Tours strongly recommends that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, baggage loss, travel delays, and other travel-related risks. Pollina Tours reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant and to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or detrimental to the operation of the tour or the enjoyment of other participants. In such cases, no refund shall be given.
Any claim for refund, compensation, reimbursement, or alleged damages arising from the tour must be submitted in writing to Pollina Tours within thirty (30) days following completion of the tour. Failure to provide written notice within such period shall fully constitute a waiver of the claim permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any claim, dispute, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the tour, these Terms and Conditions, or any services provided by Pollina Tours shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, and the passenger hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. Passengers agree that any claims against Pollina Tours shall be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, collective action, representative action, or similar proceeding. The passenger contract issued by any airline, cruise line, railway, transportation provider, hotel, or other supplier shall constitute the sole agreement between the passenger and that supplier. Pollina Tours shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of such suppliers.
By submitting a reservation, making payment, and/or participating in the tour, each passenger acknowledges and accepts the risks inherent in international travel and agrees to the limitations of liability set forth herein.
